This little beauty is my first commission!
I can't express how much fun it was to work on such a classic card. The expansion of the original art took some real understanding of the layers involved and the subtle changes of hue.
One of the most interesting things you can do is paint white things, because nothing is pure white. The moment you try and just slap white paint down, it becomes so glaringly obvious that its not right. i would say this probably took me as long as doing all of the island panorama combined just to fiddle out the different layered colours.

I like this one a lot, most altered Tundras are so un-interesting (very much including all the ones I've done, haha, I have a distaste for painting the card)
The matching is a little bit off, but not enough to be truly distracting. And I'd come right into the lettering in the title when it is over a dark background.
But the extension and the texture drawing is great, I love the bottom part! Great work
